Seat of the Valencia Tourism Convention Bureau Foundation, located
at number 41 of Cortes Valencianas Avenue, in the city of Valencia.
The project is developed in four spatially connected levels. The first level is located on the ground floor, with access to flat from the public road and where the reception, administration and services areas are distributed. These areas are distributed in the solid volume generated in the perimeter of the second level -retranked with respect to the facades- and which has a single perforation.
