The plot on which it operates, of 5,100 m2, is located in the Service Road of National Highway III, Km. 309, in the town of Buñol. Valencia.

The project develops a main nave of new plant, with prefabricated concrete structure, the interior and exterior rehabilitation of the pre-existing industrial building, unifying the architectural treatment of the whole, as well as the internal urbanization of the free spaces of the plot.
