In a SOCIAL-RECREATIONAL-SPORTING plot of 11,724 m2, located in EL BOSQUE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX adjacent to the GREEN of EL BOSQUE GOLF CLUB, we were commissioned to design a HIPICA CLUB.

The project included the construction of a service tower on the ground floor and two heights, and a stables area with a linear layout in the form of “E” with a total of 82 BOX, which generated two large free spaces for training tracks .

Initially a first phase was executed that included a part of the wings of boxes. Subsequently, there was a change of ownership and the works were restarted without the intervention of Díaz and Sanjuan and following other criteria to those initially projected.
