The Project consists of equiping the site located at number 1 of Rafael Cort Street, corner with Zapadores Street, of Valencia, in a DAY CENTER OF THE THIRD AGE.

The Center is distributed in a single plant in accordance with the requirements established in Decree 193/1988 of December 12, on Rules for Accessibility and Elimination of Architectural Barriers, as well as with Law 1/1998, of 5 May, of the Generalitat Valenciana on Accessibility and Suppression of Architectural, Urbanistic and Communication Barriers, reaching an Adapted level.
