It is located on the plot number 17, of 5.219 m2, of the Industrial Polygon of the Mediterranean, in the municipal term of Albuixech. Valencia.

The ship houses an Ecological Plant for the manufacture of prepared concrete, equipped with watertight compartments for the discharge of aggregates and cements, with a system for aspiration and recycling of suspended particles. Water for industrial use is obtained from groundwater in the subsoil. Likewise, it has a system for collecting industrial water connected to tanks for settling and purifying water, which is suitable for irrigation of the green spaces of the complex. The whole process is carried out inside this ship, of great dimensions, minimizing the visual and contaminating impact, which makes it a pioneer installation worldwide.

Attached to the Nave, a 2-storey building is located, which is the headquarters in Valencia of CEMEX ESPAÑA, S.A.
