The building is located in Catarroja, Valencia. The plot is 124 m2, has a facade to Camí Real Avenue, Pau Street and Mayor Square and constitutes the closing piece of all the intervention carried out in the neighborhood of Vivancos Palace, declared as an Asset of Cultural Interest.

The building occupies the whole plot and has a ground floor, for commercial use and two high floors in which two houses are developed, at the rate of one house per floor.

Both the materials used and the facade composition elements respond to the method established by the Ministry of Culture for this Asset of Cultural Interest Environment.
