Located in the Finca Cetrina, with 904 Hectares and linked to the farm and livestock (fighting bulls), this house, comes to complete the endowments of this farm, located in the municipality of Las Navas de San Juan, in the province of Jaén.
The house is attached to an existing building, which connects, and which has a chapel and various units developed around an Andalusian patio. In this way, the house is oriented towards a beautiful landscape: the Cañada de Los Yeros, through which runs a stream of the same name.
The building develops on the ground floor and a high floor, although it also has a wine cellar in the basement.
The composition, materials and resources used in the construction of this house are inspired by the Andalusian architecture. As an anecdote it should be noted that, following the wishes of its owner, the design of the main access of the house, is an “adaptation” of the “big door” of the Plaza de la Maestranza in Seville, which is incorporated, top from the gate, a shield in stone with the seal of the Livestock of Enrique Ponce.
