Isolated detached house, on a plot of 1,264 m2 located in the confluence of Cofrentes and Armada Española streets, in the area known as Venta Pilar, in La Eliana. Valencia.

The house is developed on one floor, also having a semi-basement parking.

The project is characterized by the horizontality of its lines, with large horizontal flights, which is accentuated by the use of vertical point elements, of Cuarcita masonry, in front of the manual brick face, of the rest of the facade. For the roof, despite its slight slope, we have opted for a slate roof, material that allows us to achieve the desired lightness for the eaves finish.
